Odd shaped windows – we have the solution

Whether you live in a Victorian terrace or a modern mansion, your house may have a few windows that simply aren’t right angled!  While these breaks from tradition are fantastic features architecturally, they can often prove difficult to decorate with curtains or blinds. So just what do you do with them?

A common misconception with these window designs is that “if it’s not rectangular, it should be left alone”. Not true! There are many options available for these odd-shaped windows and plantation shutters are one of the best.

As you can see, plantation shutters can be made to fit any shape imaginable. The advantage of having plantation shutters is that they sit within the architectural framework and don’t obscure the distinctive shape of the window whilst retaining the ability to control both your privacy and light levels.

There are many suppliers who would refuse to install shutters on anything other than rectangular windows, usually because it requires extra work to make them fit. However we will work with any window shape – whether it’s circular, triangular or even hexagonal!
